Investment property in Bulgaria is still being talked about today as amongst one of the best emerging property markets of south Eastern Europe. The most common method for foreigners buying property in Bulgaria is by registering a Limited Company which then owns the land and the buildings. Despite joining the EU in 2007, this law is not supposed to change until 2014 so it is a great time to invest in Bulgaria!
