You have a business plan, what next?

1) Sole Trader - A sole trader is the most simplest business to develop as it initially consists of only you (a one man/women business band), it also has very little legal formalities, obligations or constraints attached to this form ownership as opposed to other forms. One problem about being a sole trader is once you stop working (Maybe go on holiday!) you stop earning money!
2) Business Partnership - Partnerships offer more freedom for business owners with shared business tasks and the potential to earn greater profits. If you are looking into a business partnership then you may wish to consider a limited comapny...
3) Limited Comapanies - A limited company in the United Kingdom is a corporation whose liability is limited by law. You register a limited company with Companies House and it consists of Directors and Secretaries. A private company limited by shares is a type of company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, Scotland, that of certain Commonwealth countries and the Republic of Ireland. The limited comapny has shareholders with limited liability and its shares may not be offered to the general public, unlike those of public limited companies on the stock market.
